Return to Eagle

Gold Standard

Maker: Eagle

I am somewhat tentative in this identification, as the only catalogue I’ve got access to is for 1937.  The lettering on the clip doesn’t quite agree with that source

Production Run: c.1935 – c. 1940 (tentative in the extreme).

Cost When New: $1.00 assuming I’m right on the model (for modern value, try this calculator)

Size: Um… I forgot to measure it before it went back to its owner.  Biggish.

Point: 14k gold.

FillerLever.

Note that the point is replaced with one from a Vacumatic. This image is not to the same scale as most portraits.

If you are relying on the preceding information to win a bet or impress a teacher, you should read the site’s scholarly caveat. Remember, this is the internet, and it’s full of bad information.
