This appears to be something of a knock-off of a slightly earlier version of Parker’s Duofold.
Production Run: Early 1940s, by the shape of the clip.
Size: Somebody forgot to measure it when he was working on it. Middling, much like the contemporary Duofold.
Point: Plated steel.
Body: Celluloid.
Filler: Lever.
