Return to Pens of Uncertain Provenance

Enduro?

Likely just one of the vast number of lost pen-makers, I take the name from the point.  This is one of two pens my wife gave me to practice repairs upon, which had been in her family since they landed in her father’s and uncle’s childhood toy chest.  Given its background, it is likely of the late 1930s; the band looks like what Waterman was putting on some of its high-end pens in that decade, too.

Size: 13.3 cm long capped, 14.8 cm posted, 12.0 cm uncapped.

Point: Steel (once plated).

Body: Celluloid.

Filler: Lever, capacity approx. 0.9 ml

Enduro mystery pen. Pretty... and also cheap. (ID# 0006)
