Dollar

The Dollar company was established in 1954 in Kurachi, Pakistan, evidently in response to the realization by the founder, Mohammad Siddiq, that the vast majority of writing instruments and accessories were imported.  The first output of the company was inks.

They are now a fairly major concern in Asian stationery, producing all sorts of writing instruments and glue sticks.
